How long does each therapy session take?

The initial assessment typically takes about 60 minutes and each session after that last 30-60 minutes each depending on need, meets once a week to once every other week.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. We are currently in network with:

BCBC IL
BCBSIL Medicare Advantage HMO & PPO
Cigna
Optum United Behavioral Health

We are currently working on becoming in network with other insurance providers and also offer out of pocket rates.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Yes, we offer sliding scale rates for qualified individuals.
